Nitel IQ Marks a Key Milestone in AI-Driven Digital Experience
CHICAGO March 26, 2025— Nitel, a leading network-as-a-service (NaaS) provider, today announced the release of Nitel IQ, a cloud-native solution that enhances the visibility and control of an organization’s networks and applications. Nitel IQ is a cutting-edge service that combines advanced networking and application analytics with generative AI (GenAI) capabilities. Designed to enhance a customer’s network performance, application availability and operational efficiency, Nitel IQ provides network insights and proactive detection, accelerated response and simplified management of customer networks.
Nitel IQ will be offered in a series of tiers. The first of these, Essentials, is offered to customers through MyNitel, Nitel’s existing customer platform that provides account access, network performance management, order tracking, service inventory, ticket management and more.
Nitel IQ Essentials includes four key features that will deliver critical network and performance metrics in an easy-to-use interface:
- Unified Network Visualization: enables customers to quickly assess overall network health and identify trouble sites at a glance through a consolidated, easy-to-use map interface.
- Metric Details: provides a unified view of network performance metrics across business locations, enabling quick identification of potential issues.
- Unusual Network Metrics: consolidated view of network health details, focusing on problem devices or services as well as time of day and severity trends.
- Case Analysis: delivers simplified case summaries through AI analysis of case notes and details, enabling simplified management and easy, effective transition among support teams.
