Segra Announces New CPO

Segra announced that Frances King has been named Chief People Officer (CPO). King brings a wealth of business-to-business telecommunications and technology experience to Segra.

In this role, Frances will be responsible for executing the strategic vision for Human Resources and fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. She will collaborate with senior leadership to align HR practices with business goals, while promoting an exceptional employee experience.

Frances is a Kansas City native with a bachelor’s degree in business management from Rockhurst University and an MBA from Baker University. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) organization and sits on the Board of Trustees for Cristo Rey School.
