Four agreements have already been signed with companies from different regions of the country that work with operators, ISPs and also in other market segments.
With the aim of expanding the market for its portfolio of solutions focused on IP networks, Padtec is establishing a series of partnerships with integrator and consultancy companies operating in different regions of the country. The strategy focuses on expanding the commercial channels of these solutions, which include the line of IP switches and routers from the company UfiSpace, from Taiwan, and software from IP Infusion and Arrcus, from the United States, sold by Padtec throughout Latin America.
“We are looking for reputable partners in the market who can reinforce sales of products from this Padtec line with the target audience, which are operators and internet service providers (ISPs)”, says Argemiro Sousa, director of Equipment Operations at the company. “In addition, through these new partners, we hope to bring these solutions to other market segments, such as finance, government and enterprise, for example,” he adds.
Four partnerships have already been signed by Padtec within this strategy. One of them with Made4it, from Apucarana (Paraná state) which operates in the areas of IT infrastructure, network engineering, Network Management Center/NOC, 24×7 monitoring and software development for providers in Brazil and Latin America. Also from the South and operating throughout the country and in Latin America, Metro Network is headquartered in Balneário Camboriú (Santa Catarina state) and provides specialized services in all sectors of an ISP – from subscriber service to management. Another partner is Safeway Assessoria, from Fortaleza (Ceará state), specialized in corporate and internet provider network infrastructure, with MPLS (Multiprotocol Label Switching) and DWDM (Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing) technologies. Telic Technologies, from Bebedouro, in the interior of São Paulo state, is a partner that works in the management of operators’ IP and MPLS networks and in mitigating DDoS attacks and creating scrubbing centers (cyber-attack cleaning centers) for providers.
