By using the Extreme IX fabric, customers do not have to create a physical network presence at a location with an AMS-IX PoP to connect to AMS-IX anymore. They only need to be at one of the 15 PoPs where Extreme IX is present and connect with AMS-IX to reach the 60+ networks that are connected to AMS-IX Mumbai.
