[Shenzhen, China, October 24, 2023] Gartner released earlier this month the Market Guide for CSP Service and Network Assurance Solutions. For its AUTIN and SmartCare solutions, the Guide recognized Huawei as a Representative Vendor in the CSP Service and Network Assurance Solutions domain.
The Gartner’s report focuses on carrier service and network assurance solutions (S&NA). The research evaluates service providers from around the world in order to provide guidance to decision makers. “We believe, Huawei’s recognition as a Representative Vendor means that the AUTIN and SmartCare solutions have been recognized by analysts and have entered the field of carrier decision makers’ view from third-party organizations,” Gartner said.
Gartner provides insights into key challenges and requirements in the S&NA field. The report noted: “For many CSPs, currently deployed assurance solutions are not adequate to deliver on internal demands to support new services, improve customer experience and drive cost-efficiencies in operations. Business needs have increased for support of 5G network slicing, private networks, SD-WAN, NaaS, and other expanding and emerging CSP services, and are driving CSP requirements for assurance capabilities and vendor investments in product and solution development. Currently available solutions and near-term product roadmaps deliver AI/ML and correlation of service and network parameters to support proactive service assurance and SLA support. Service and network assurance vendors have been focusing on increasing intelligence, interoperability and assurance solutions that are pre-integrated with orchestration, design and inventory. These broader architecture moves address communications service provider (CSP) requirements to drive toward better service life cycle management (LCM) and closed-loop automated operations with AI for IT operations (AIOps), open APIs and improved data management.”
In response to the challenges and needs of the S&NA field, Gartner recommends that CIOs of CSPs should “modernize the operations support systems (OSSs) for service and network assurance requirements and continue digital transformation and innovation.” Huawei’s AUTIN and SmartCare solutions have advanced service and network assurance capabilities and can support carriers’ continuous digital intelligence transformation.
Huawei’s AUTIN intelligent O&M solution brings digital technologies into every aspect of the O&M process and all related scenarios, and transforms O&M from being network-centric to service-centric. The solution helps carriers achieve “zero” service impact, “zero” intervention, and “zero” code development. Huawei’s AUTIN intelligent O&M has been applied in more than 170 countries and regions, covering more than 300 networks. It helps customers build core capabilities such as event closed-loop, intelligent risk prediction, and orchestration platforms, improving O&M efficiency by more than 10 times.
Huawei SmartCare solution is dedicated to help telecom carriers provide intelligent, personalized, and efficient customer experience management services. Huawei SmartCare has served more than 210 carriers worldwide, helping carriers achieve better business results in Value-driven Network Construction, Digital Experience Optimization, SmartDecision, and Intelligent Customer Complaint Assistance.
