Arcadian Infracom Names Scott Terrill as Assistant Vice President, Partnering

St. Louis, MO, September 6, 2023Arcadian Infracom, a leading digital infrastructure development company headquartered in St. Louis, MO, names Scott Terrill in an expanded leadership role as Assistant Vice President, Partnering.

Since joining Arcadian in 2021, Scott has helped the Company build relationships with key customers, strategic partners and government entities. He played an integral role in the public/private collaboration between Arcadian and the California Department of Technology (CDT), which led to Arcadian being selected as CDT’s network partner for the construction of 300+ miles of greenfield fiber network in Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties. That network, currently in the final pre-construction phase, will form part of Arcadian’s new Los Angeles to Phoenix long-haul fiber route.

Arcadian’s Vice President, Strategy & Development, Matt Porterfield, commented: Scott has been an indispensable contributor in multiple roles and most recently he helped lead our response to California’s Middle Mile Broadband Initiative. In his new role as Assistant Vice President, Partnering, Scott will help us to expand our network presence throughout the Western U.S.”

Mr. Terrill brings 20+ years of diverse business development, sales and marketing experience from a number of telecom’s largest service providers. Throughout his career Scott’s primary roles have centered on strategic partnerships, go-to-market deployment of new technology and fiber infrastructure development.
