St. Louis, MO, July 13, 2023 – In response to the increasing demand for critical fiber infrastructure projects, Arcadian Infracom, a digital infrastructure development company headquartered in St. Louis, MO, announce the addition of Jeff Chapman as a leader in the Arcadian network development team, as Vice President of Infrastructure Development.
Mr. Chapman is an accomplished industry executive and corporate leader with 20+ years of fiber infrastructure experience. Prior to joining Arcadian, Mr. Chapman served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for Ritter Communications Fiber to the Home business unit, RightFiber.
He led all business development, construction, engineering, operations and installations initiatives for Ritter’s FTTH division. Mr. Chapman has also held previous positions as Executive Vice President of Operations at North State Communications in High Point, NC and Chief Executive Officer of Bridgepoint Communications in Dallas, TX.

Mr. Chapman earned a Bachelor of Business Administration at Lindenwood University, St. Charles, MO. He has served on several Boards including the Arkansas Utility Protection Services (ArkUps) Board of Directors and participated with local philanthropic and civic organizations such as Leadership High Point, Habitat for Humanity and Proper Sports Association.
Outside of work, Mr. Chapman enjoys working on his farm, home renovations and travelling with his family.
