FRANKFURT May 15, 2023 – maincubes, a European data center operator providing colocation solutions for public entities, global enterprises and service providers, today announced that it has appointed Arne Weber as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of maincubes. This development comes at a time of rapid expansion for maincubes, which recently announced its new debt facility of over €1bn and the backing of its partners DTCP and Art-Invest Real Estate.
Weber brings to maincubes his extensive experience in international finance, deep expertise in building and scaling financial organizations, and a strong corporate finance background with successful M&As. He joins the organization from software company IMS Evolve, where during his time as CFO he played a key role in the company’s significant international growth and general strategic and operative development., Weber worked at several international investment banks in Frankfurt, London, and New York.
