Ericsson (NASDAQ:ERIC, news, filings) today joined the Mission Critical Alliance (MCA). The MCA is a strategic partner program for technology providers with a common goal of advancing the capabilities, compatibility, and security of mission critical communications solutions. The MCA was established by L3Harris Technologies (NYSE: LHX) in 2019.

“Ericsson is a market leader in mission-critical network solutions. By joining the Mission Critical Alliance, we are able to collaborate across verticals and deepen our integrations with other industry leaders, improving mission critical communications for our customers,” said Koustuv Ghoshal, Vice President and Head of Energy & Utilities at Ericsson North America.

Ericsson has a long track record delivering mission-critical network solutions globally, helping to support critical infrastructure for people and enterprises in urban and rural areas throughout the country. We are demonstrating end-to-end solutions with MCA members like L3Harris in our Utilities Innovation Center, UBBA Plugfests, and DISTRIBUTECH. This alliance provides our customers a solution eco-system for building their networks.
