The award ceremony took place on March 21, 2023 in Frankfurt am Main.

Employer of the future: Forward-looking recognition
With the “Employer of the Future” award, DIND honors companies that particularly stand out as future-oriented employers. Experts from business and academia have compiled the criteria that DIND uses to evaluate companies. The award is intended to help companies position themselves on the market as attractive employers, in the competition for the best talent. The initiative is supported by former German Minister for the Economy, Brigitte Zypries.
