ISO 9001:2015 and BSO
Following a strict audit of all our processes, obtaining ISO 9001:2015 certification was a team project in which all our employees and managers were involved and devoted. This project supports our continuous improvement approach in the service of our main objective: customer satisfaction.
The scope of the certification covers all BSO business units and offices worldwide for all our products and services: network connectivity, hosting, managed services, IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) and all associated services.
