As an accomplished senior human resources executive with more than two decades of experience, she will guide the human resources (HR) team at Horizon, developing and executing new strategies to help the company successfully scale and meet its goals in keeping the Midwest connected.

As demands throughout the region for next-generation networking and robust connectivity have continued to grow, Horizon has also been rapidly expanding its team of highly knowledgeable and talented individuals to keep pace with customer requirements. Before joining Horizon, Hofer served as Vice President of Human Resources and Communications for Intelligent Fiber Network. In this role, she was responsible for leading the company’s human resources strategy and managing all talent-related operations. She has also worked in significant human resources positions across e-commerce, hospitality and finance organizations. Hofer comes to Horizon with several industry professional credentials, including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Society of Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
