(TSX: CCA) will hold their Annual and Special Shareholders’ Meetings virtually on Friday, January 14, 2022 starting at 11:30 a.m. (EST) via live video webcast. During this time, both companies’ financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2022, ended November 30, 2021, will also be disclosed. A conference call for financial analysts will be held just prior to the annual shareholders’ meetings on Friday, January 14, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. (EST) to discuss the companies’ financial and operating results. A live audio webcast of the analyst call will be available via Cogeco’s web sites. Members of the financial community will be able to access the conference call and ask questions.
