Celcom MAX customers can now enjoy high performance cloud gaming from any device
LOS ANGELES & RENNES, France – January 21, 2022 – Cloud infrastructure provider Radian Arc and gaming platform Blacknut announced today the launch of the first cloud gaming service in Malaysia, through a partnership with leading telecommunications player, Celcom Axiata Berhad (Celcom).
This partnership allows Celcom to offer AAA gaming experiences to its customers for an equivalent to less than $10 USD per month, a great value when compared to the cost of traditional video game platforms like PCs or consoles. Customers who add cloud gaming to their existing Celcom service packages can now access a large library of over 400 premium games directly on their Android or iOS devices, PC or Mac computers, or Android-based smart TVs.
This service is powered by Radian Arc’s proprietary GPU Edge technology, which is connected directly to Celcom’s network at the local data center level. This allows Celcom to provide low latency, low cost, and high performance cloud gaming to consumers via its mobile and broadband networks. Radian Arc and Blacknut are expanding their global reach with services in Malaysia and other new territories, like Indonesia, Latin America, and the Middle East.
