Network Update

We are seeing network impacts since severe storms and tornadoes impacted several states overnight. At this time, our wireless network in Kentucky and Tennessee is operating at more than 91% and 96% of normal, respectively. Our wireless network in Illinois and Indiana are operating at more than 99% of normal.
Customers in affected areas may be experiencing wireline service interruptions due to widespread power outages. Our wireline teams are assessing storm damage to our infrastructure in the storm area and deploying generators as needed.
To aid in the recovery efforts, we are supporting nine FirstNet requests from public safety and have deployed a total of four solutions in Kentucky and Tennessee. Our teams and FirstNet liaisons continue to be in contact with federal, tribal, state and local officials on our deployment efforts to support public safety and the communities in impacted areas.
We will continue to closely monitor and respond to impacts from the storm and remain focused on keeping our customers, their families and first responders connected.
