Kinetic Announces Second Year of Fundraising to Benefit Lifesaving Mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital

Kinetic will donate up to $100,000 for lifesaving research and treatment of childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases

LITTLE ROCK, Ark.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Kinetic today announced continued support for finding a cure for childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases, committing to donate up to $100,000 to support the kids of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®.

Through December 31, 2021, for every new residential customer activation, Kinetic will donate $5, up to $75,000, to benefit St. Jude as part of our Kinetic 4 Kids program. Additionally, in recognition of business customers who contribute generously to their communities, especially during the holiday season, Kinetic Business will donate another $25,000 to St. Jude.

“We talk a lot about how customers can count on Kinetic for fast, reliable internet,” said Jeff Small, president of Kinetic. “Communities across our 18-state footprint can also count on us for local support for what’s important to them. Supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is important to our employees and customers, and we are humbled to be able to help St. Jude kids and their families through our Kinetic 4 Kids program.”

Kinetic is partnering to build awareness and raise funds to support vital research and treatment. Because of generous supporters, families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food – because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.

Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped increase the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20 percent to more than 80 percent since the hospital opened over 50 years ago. Cancer doesn’t stop and neither will St. Jude.
