Ligado applauds the Biden Administration’s historic nomination of Jessica Rosenworcel as the first female Chair of the Federal Communications Commission, as well as the nominations of Gigi Sohn as the agency’s newest Democratic commissioner and Alan Davidson as the next head of the National Telecommunications and Information Administration.
