- Self-Installation Kits: Wi-Fi self-install kits can be delivered next-day for eligible customers, allowing them to quickly setup their AT&T internet service instead of waiting for a technician, and providing them with the ability to save money on installation fees. All first-time fiber installs will require a technician to complete the work.
- Smart Home Manager App: Digital enhancements with our Smart Home Manager app provide customers with easy instructions to setup and install their equipment, while also providing them with access to AT&T Internet Security.
- Guest Mode: Customers now have the option to use Guest Mode, which allows them to install their equipment without logging into the internet first.
