While 2020 has been unpredictable, I am pleased to say that our business together has grown. We are committed to your success – transforming for the future in everything we do in our Channel program – from introducing leading-edge services and solutions, to increasing our investment in the platforms, tools and capabilities we deliver to you.
As we continued to win together in 2020, we reinforced our commitment with the expansion of our MDF program, introduction of new targeted incentives, responded with more competitive pricing, and released three new offers in ACC Business. I am delighted to acknowledge the 57 firms who have achieved 2021 Solution Provider Champion status. These companies are the top leaders in the program based on their fiscal performance in 2020.
The Solution Provider Champions are recognized at Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Platinum Elite levels and it is energizing to witness their success in bringing connectivity solutions to the market with their reach and enthusiasm. Congratulations to all our 2021 Champions.
We continue to focus our Channel program on three resounding themes – Growth, Relevancy and Advocacy
Growth – Our commission and incentive structures will continue to be adjusted and improved for our solution providers and masters to experience and realize revenue streams that are valuable while they expand and grow sales of AT&T services.
Relevancy – We will continue to help ensure that you are maximizing your return on your investments with us by providing information on targeted markets, accounts and contacts. We will continue to work to eliminate any conflicts by focusing on markets where our channel sellers bring the most skills and add the most value.
Advocacy – You bring speed and agility to our program, we bring global scale and investment in market leading products and services. Our goal is to make AT&T a frictionless experience for you, our solution providers and masters, and for customers. Advocacy for you and your needs is a cornerstone of our program and we will continue to work to make it a sensational experience.
