Technology Industry Veterans Launch New Advisory Firm – EagleTEQ Advisors

Specialize in delivering advisory services that enable growth acceleration for Technology Solutions Providers and Distributors

Dallas, TX: Industry veterans Curt Allen, Ken Bisnoff, Steve Braverman, Mike Cromwell and
Cardi Prinzi have joined forces to launch a new advisory firm, EagleTEQ Advisors, LLC.
EagleTEQ Advisors’ mission will be to enable Technology Solution Providers & Distributors to
realize transformative growth by delivering a full suite of solutions ranging from business
planning, strategy, go-to-market, and distribution plans.

The Founding Partners have a combined 150+ years of operational leadership in technology,
offering their clients a wealth of experience, C-level relationships and a track record of success
executing on plans that deliver results, revenue growth, and stakeholder returns. They have led
several large sales and marketing organizations over the years including Windstream, Telstra,
Global Crossing (now Lumen), XO Communications (Verizon), TPx Communications
(TelePacific), X4 (Sandler Partners) and COEO.

EagleTEQ Advisors will build upon the foundation of existing technology advisory firm
EagleTEQ Solutions, built by Cromwell. EagleTEQ Solutions was founded in 2016 and has had
significant success helping technology companies and their distributors that are committed to
transformational growth.
