Stockholm, 17 November 2020 – Telia Carrier announced today completion of a new diverse DWDM fiber system through Des Moines, Iowa providing new connectivity service options at 666 Walnut. The expansion is part of Telia Carrier’s ongoing organic buildout of its North American network and commitment to provide customers both direct and diverse route options.

Unite Private Networks (UPN) fiber-optic network in Iowa consists of nearly 1,500 miles creating a diverse ring around the state, connecting all major metro areas in central and eastern Iowa including the Des Moines metro, Ames, Waterloo, Cedar Falls, Cedar Rapids, Iowa City and Davenport.
