[Reading, UK, November 30, 2020] Huawei and Henley Business School today announce a joint collaboration dedicated to developing and delivering an innovative digital leadership and talent development programme for global telecom operators and enterprises customers. The unique programme shares ICT insights, leading digital leadership practices, and cross-industry experience, with an objective of assisting current and future leaders from telecoms and enterprise to formulate their roadmap of digital transformation, encompassing strategy, business, organisation and culture.
This collaboration brings together two complementary perspectives. The renowned Henley Business School will bring their leadership and management development visions and insight to digital transformation. In addition, Huawei will bring its unique global and cross-cultural industry experience of digital transformation from partnering with leading global ICT solution providers spanning over 170 countries.
