AT&T EARNS TOP HONORS FROM J.D. POWER FOR TV AND INTERNET

AT&T/DIRECTV Ranked #1 in Customer Satisfaction Nationally for TV Service

Earns #1 in Customer Satisfaction for Residential Internet Service in the South, West and North Central Regions

Today, AT&T/DIRECTV was awarded the highest ranking in the J.D. Power 2020 Residential Television Service Provider Satisfaction Study nationally1. AT&T also won the top honor in the J.D. Power 2020 Residential Internet Service Provider Satisfaction Study in the North Central, South and West regions – everywhere we have internet available.
