COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) has been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization and continues to spread globally. At Juniper Networks, the health of our employees, customers and partners is our top priority.

We continue to provide secure networking and wireless solutions to ensure that every business, no matter the size, can deliver on their mission during this rapidly evolving time.
Juniper has maintained a preparedness plan for several years to manage the impact of an outbreak such as COVID-19.
As of March 13, 2020, we have adopted a global work-from-home (WFH) policy and restricted travel to critical customer visits to ensure the health of our employees and their families.
OUR CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS
We are here 24/7 to ensure that our customers and partners are fully supported during this time:
- Sales: While we are always happy to meet with customers, we strongly encourage virtual meetings where possible. In affected areas, our sales teams will be available for remote engagements only. For critical support, please reach out directly to your account team, or contact us by phone.
- Events: In an abundance of caution, nearly all Juniper events have been cancelled through April 30, 2020.
- Services: Juniper maintains visibility into our service and supply chain operations globally. At this time, we expect no impact to delivery of services, products or spare parts to our customers and partners. Global services staff are on call for critical support.
We are monitoring orders closely to determine any impacts and will communicate to our customers and partners, as appropriate, via normal communication channels. Shipping vendors (such as UPS) will communicate status directly on orders already shipped.
We are working with local governments and critical services to ensure we protect and connect our communities.
