Network Update

Overall, our network continues to perform well in areas throughout California affected by fires and the power shutdowns. We are aware that service for some customers may be affected and we continue to move quickly to keep our customers, FirstNet subscribers and public safety agencies connected.

Prior to the event, we staged additional generators and equipment at critical cell towers, and continue to bring in more generators from out of state as these events have grown larger in footprint. We have crews working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to actively refuel and deploy generators as needed, and as quickly and safely as conditions allow.

This has been an unprecedented event. However, we are experienced at managing large-scale events like this and will continue to work to keep our customers and first responders connected.

And as always, visit any store in your area for help or call us at 1-800-331-0500 if you have questions about your account.
