Move supports company’s multi-year strategic growth initiative
HOLMDEL, N.J., August 27, 2019 — Hylan, a market leading provider of specialized communications engineering and construction services, announces today it has moved its headquarters to the revitalized Bell Works Complex at 101 Crawfords Corner Road in Holmdel, New Jersey. The 2-million-square-foot building with a mirror-like appearance located on 472 acres, is the ‘reimagination’ of the historic former Bell Labs building, which has served as a center for major scientific developments for major corporations, even housing seven Nobel Prize winners, since it was built nearly 60 years ago. Bell Works has transformed the property, making it a one-of-a-kind destination for business and culture, complete with a blossoming ecosystem of technology, traditional offices, retail, dining, hospitality and more.
Hylan, also based in Holmdel, N.J., has experienced rapid growth over the past two years integrating four significant company acquisitions. The move to the nearby Bell Works is the ideal fit to accommodate the company’s additional planned expansions.
“We are excited to continue our national growth across our Hylan Companies by moving into one of New Jersey’s most desired spaces, heralded as a ‘metroburb,’ combining both professional and urban life,” comments Joe Cecin, CEO of Hylan. “Hylan is proud to continue being a part of the Holmdel community and this move to a dynamic, fun and collaborative workspace is surely a positive step ahead for our growing company.
