Elite has expanded its Dark Fibre Network to Birmingham and Manchester

  • Elite announces partnership with Netgear for Ethernet Fibre Network expansion
  • New partners will receive a Netgear Orbi Pro Mesh Wi-Fi system for their customers
  • Beat Elite, find a better value like-for-like, and receive £1,000.

Portsmouth, Hampshire, 19th July 2019. Elite Limited, a UK’s leading business-grade and channel-focused internet service provider, has announced the expansion of its Ethernet Fibre services to the Birmingham and Manchester areas, branching out even further to local exchanges in over 136,000 postcodes to offer the highest-quality and lowest-cost Ethernet Fibre solutions to channel partners.

Elite’s Ethernet Fibre rollout comes in partnership with Netgear; part of the promotion is that every new channel partner will receive an Orbi Pro mesh Wi-Fi system for their customers with every order they place. This offer will be valid for a limited time and will only be available from 1st August until 1st November 2019. Elite has tested the Netgear Orbi system and has found that, among three other mesh Wi-Fi units, it was the one that had the best features for business use. For this reason, the partnership with Netgear was naturally formed for this campaign.

Furthermore, Elite’s new channel partners will benefit from a ‘Beat Elite’ guarantee, where if a partner finds a like-for-like service at a lower cost in the area where Elite operates, they will receive £1,000. Other benefits include free install, a 5-hour SLA, 24/7 support, 1-2-1 account management, and on-site working.

The decision to expand the network to Birmingham and Manchester comes from the fact that these cities are vibrant and ever-growing, attracting more and more businesses that require fast and reliable connections. Elite has branched out to those areas to support the future technological growth of these organisations and ensure that they are able to get 1Gbps and 10Gbps synchronous internet speeds that don’t have to come at a high cost. When choosing Elite, companies will receive the lowest-cost Ethernet Fibre connections available in the market today, without having to compromise on either quality or service levels.

Following on from Elite’s ‘for the future’ model, the company has further invested in a future-proof Dark Fibre to connect the exchanges and back to their core. Elite have plans to invest more into the degrading infrastructure market to deliver the same high-speed services to a wider audience over the next few years.

In a statement, Elite’s Head of Marketing and Business Development, Matthew Rogers, said: “Expanding our dark fibre network into these areas and their exchanges is a strategic move and one that we are proud to have completed. This allows Elite to fully control the quality that we deliver by ensuring only the most reliable and dependable hardware is used both in our core and at the customers premises. It also brings a whole new level of flexibility that we can offer our partners. We are now recruiting new channel partners who have also built their business on quality to help change the Ethernet landscape and deliver what we believe to be the channels highest-quality Ethernet solutions.”
