InterXion Holding N.V. Announces Pricing of Offering of Ordinary Shares
Amsterdam, The Netherlands — June 26, 2019 – InterXion Holding N.V. (“InterXion”, “we, “us”, or the “Company”) (NYSE:INXN, news) today announced that it priced its previously announced public offering of 4,000,000 ordinary shares at a public offering price of $72.75 per share. In addition, the Company granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 600,000 ordinary shares at the public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions. The gross proceeds of this offering, before deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses, are expected to be $291 million. The offering is expected to close on or about July 1, 2019, subject to customary closing conditions.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes, including funding for land bank development and its currently planned and future data center capacity expansion projects, working capital needs and the repayment of short-term indebtedness.
Citigroup, Barclays, BofA Merrill Lynch and Guggenheim Securities are serving as joint book-running managers and ABN AMRO is serving as co-manager for the proposed offering.
