June 27, 2019 – BestWeb Corporation has won a contract to supply 20 Gb of Internet access to an educational customer in the lower Hudson Valley of New York State.
BestWeb Corporation, the leading provider of fiber optic services in the Lower Hudson Valley, announced today that the LHRIC, a component of BOCES supporting public school districts in the Lower Hudson Valley, has selected BestWeb as one of their two Internet providers. BestWeb was awarded a contract to supply 20 gigabits per second of Internet access to the LHRIC. The three-year award was approved June 19th after a rigorous selection process that considered both technical and financial factors.
BestWeb has built a 365 route-mile fiber optic network covering Westchester, Rockland, and Putnam Counties in New York State. They serve numerous educational, governmental and commercial entities through their data center in northern Westchester and their interconnected Points of Presence in northern Westchester, southern Westchester, and Rockland.
