QTS Launches Hosted Private Cloud Solution with Nutanix AHV Hypervisor

ANAHEIM, Ca. (.NEXT) (May 7, 2019) – Responding to increasing demand for cost-effective, flexible managed private cloud solutions, QTS Realty Trust (NYSE: QTS), a Nutanix partner and leading provider of hybrid colocation and mega scale data center solutions, today announced availability of Nutanix Acropolis Hypervisor (AHV) on its Hosted Private Cloud solution at Nutanix’s annual .NEXT conference.
Nutanix AHV is included with the Nutanix Enterprise Cloud and delivers enterprise virtualization ready for a multi-cloud world with an adoption rate of 40% rolling average across worldwide Nutanix shipments. QTS’ Hosted Private Cloud provides dedicated hyperconverged infrastructure in QTS’ secure, compliant data centers and is designed for enterprise workloads that may not be well suited for multi-tenant cloud environments and with no additional cost for virtualization.
Nutanix AHV provides the benefits of native virtualization, cloud-like ease of use, and software-defined infrastructure without a complex management burden. QTS’ Hosted Private Cloud provides the ideal platform for a wide variety of enterprise workloads with no large up-front capital investment at a predictable monthly cost and optimal performance for critical applications.
