Net Insight has been a driving industry force in making broadcasters move from SDI systems to a virtualized and IP-based future, through actively participating in several industry bodies and contributing to the technology shift.
One of the key industry organizations promoting new open standards is the Alliance for IP Media Solutions (AIMS), which Net Insight has been an active member of for several years.
We are now very proud to see Larissa Görner, strategic product manager and head of our remote production solutions at Net Insight, taking a seat in the AIMS Board of Directors. At Net Insight she has been working closely with our broadcast customers in their transition to new IP based technologies as well as new ways of working, such as remote (at-home) and distributed production. With her combined experience of new IP based technologies and new production workflows, Larissa has helped our customers get the most out of their transition to IP, making sure they look beyond their in-studio projects and into distributed workflows utilizing wide area network connectivity. Knowledge and experience that she will now bring into her work at the AIMS Board of Directors.
