[Beirut, Lebanon, November 6, 2018] Huawei’s latest 5G equipment has enabled touch, the leading mobile telecommunications and data operator in Lebanon, to perform the first commercial 5G trial in the nation. At an event held under the auspices of the Prime Minister Designate Saad Hariri, represented by the Caretaker Minister of Telecommunication Jamal Jarrah, touch and Huawei gave a sneak peek of the 5G experience that customers will enjoy once the technology is fully deployed in Lebanon.
