CLEVELAND – November 1, 2018 – Everstream, a super-regional network service provider bringing fiber-based Ethernet, internet and data center solutions to businesses throughout the Midwest, has named Sales Director Rich Dugger to lead the company’s health care vertical.
An industry veteran, Dugger has been with Everstream for 13 years and has two decades of experience in telecom, where he has largely specialized in health care. In this new role, Dugger will bring his years of expertise to health care providers across Everstream’s five-state footprint, including Ohio and Michigan as well as any future markets.

Throughout his tenure at Everstream, Dugger has been a key contributor. He has consistently served as the facilitator for myriad Northeast Ohio organizations in need of solutions to their telecom challenges. Notably, he has helped deliver customized fiber solutions to a range of the area’s health care providers, including specialty and community hospitals as well as regional and national health care systems.
Prior to joining Everstream, Dugger spent several years at AT&T, where he served in increasingly complex sales roles and first gained exposure to the health care market.
