AT&T Providing Relief to Customers Affected by the Camp Fire

Extended Offer for Wireline Customers

Wireline Wildfire Bundle Offer

AT&T is providing our consumer landline customers who live in areas affected by the fires in Northern California a special offer designed to help provide a wireless connection during this difficult time. These affected customers can visit an AT&T retail location to get a free AT&T PREPAID device while supplies last. Customers will be offered a free AT&T PREPAID device and $25 pin which can be used $0.25 per minute and $0.20 per text.

Offer Dates

November 8, 2018 – December 31, 2018 (This offer has been extended through the end of the year.)

Qualifying Locations

AT&T Retail locations in the Northern California

Eligible Customers

Customers who have AT&T landline or VOIP services and are within the following zip codes and do not have active Mobility (Cell) service with AT&T: 95938, 95954, 95965, 95969

Fees Waived for Remote Call Forwarding and Voicemail

AT&T wireline telephone customers in affected areas can call 1-800-288-2020 for customer assistance including waiver of fees for remote call forwarding and voicemail. For additional information on wireline residential and business waivers please click here.

Wireless and AT&T PREPAID Customers

We are automatically issuing credits and waiving additional charges from November 8 through December 31 to provide unlimited talk, text and data access for AT&T wireless and AT&T PREPAID customers in Northern California.

This applies to AT&T wireless customers with billing addresses and AT&T PREPAID customers with phone numbers in 4 zip codes at this time.1

Customers in these areas may still receive data alert notifications during these protected dates, but billing will reflect the credits and/or waived data charges.2

In addition, we are also waiving or adjusting late payment charges for these customers for this month and next. The waiving or adjustment of these late payment credits will appear starting on December and January bills.

Video & Home Internet Customers

Additionally, affected video and home internet customers can contact us at 1-800-288-2020, with questions about their service, questions about damaged equipment or to voluntarily pause their service to suspend charges. Legacy DIRECTV Customers can contact 1-800-531-5000 for questions about their service, questions about damaged equipment or to voluntarily pause their service to suspend charges. As always, AT&T wireless customers can stream DIRECTV, DIRECTV NOW and U-verse TV from their phone or tablet to stay connected to the latest news without incurring additional data charges.

Wireline Customers
