AMSTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS – 16 October 2018 – INTERXION HOLDING NV (NYSE:INXN, news), a leading European provider of carrier and cloud-neutral colocation data centre services, today announced that a new location for the AWS Direct Connect service is now available in The Netherlands at Interxion’s Schiphol Campus.
AWS Direct Connect provides a dedicated network connection to the AWS Cloud, allowing customers to reduce network costs, increase bandwidth throughput, and achieve a more consistent network experience than Internet-based connections. Interxion customers colocating their network and private IT environments at the Schiphol Campus can now access this service through a Cross Connect.

By providing access to AWS Direct Connect in its Schiphol Campus, Interxion is allowing businesses to reduce latency in their use of the cloud, delivering high performance and reliability at lower costs.
AWS Direct Connect is now available in 10 of Interxion’s data centre campuses across Europe; Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Dublin, Frankfurt, Madrid, Marseille, Paris, Stockholm, Vienna and Zurich.
