Konstantinos Prantzos appointed as AMS-IX NOC manager

AMS-IX has appointed Konstantinos Prantzos as Network Operations Centre (NOC) manager as of September 1st 2018.

Biography

Before assuming the position of Network Operations Centre (NOC) manager, Konstantinos Prantzos has been working at AMS-IX as Network Engineer for over 3.5 years. In his new position, he will be responsible for managing the NOC of AMS-IX.

Before joining AMS-IX, he worked for ISPs (Forthnet/Vivodi/On Telecoms), not-for-profit organisations (Special Olympics WSG) and System Integrators (Byte Computers) and brings more than 10 years of experience in various job positions and roles. Konstantinos hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Piraeus University of Applied Sciences, Greece and a master’s degree in Networking and Data Communication from Kingston University.
