Limelight Networks Announces Pricing of Public Offering

TEMPE, Ariz.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Limelight Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ:LLNW, news, filings), a global leader in digital content delivery, announced today the pricing of a public offering of 15,000,000 shares of its common stock by certain selling stockholders affiliated with The Goldman Sachs Group Inc. at a price to the public of $4.60 per share. Limelight Networks will not receive any proceeds from the offering. The offering is expected to close on December 5, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions.
