Involvement allows leading cloud and network provider to deliver cutting edge technical solutions to government departments and agencies
Exponential-e, the British Cloud and Network provider, today announced that it has successfully secured a position on the Technology Services 2 Framework, which launched last month. The platform allows public sector bodies looking to deliver innovative IT projects to connect with specialist technology providers.
The company sees its position as a major ‘kitemark’ of its expanding public-sector business, as it demonstrates its unique expertise in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions to government departments.
As a member of this framework, Exponential-e will have exposure to key government departments and their arm’s length bodies and agencies, non-departmental public bodies, NHS trusts and local authorities.
The Technology Services 2 Framework is divided into four main ‘lots’, covering Technology Strategy and Service Design (lot one), Transition and Transformation (lot two), Operational Services (lot three) and Programmes and Large Projects (lot four). Exponential-e will have a presence in all four.
The company will facilitate the delivery of the following technology support services to government organisations as part of its involvement:
- Hardware, software and network management and support
- Data management
- Enterprise security (Security Operations Centre – SOC services)
- Technology service discovery and disaggregation
- Transition and transformation of existing technology services
- Technology strategy and service design
