As Mobile World Congress Americas continues, Ericsson and Verizon are showcasing technology milestones that include the new CBRS spectrum at work, 5G video surveillance and edge computing.
Inside the Verizon booth at Mobile World Congress Americas, experts from both Ericsson and Verizon will be on hand to personally walk visitors through innovative demonstrations that include LTE on CBRS, 5G enhanced intelligent video surveillance as well as drones powered by edge computing.
These latest technologies are part of the evolution of LTE, using LTE Advanced features, enhancing capacity and speed on the Verizon 4G LTE network. Recently, Ericsson, Verizon and Qualcomm have used these technologies to hit three industry milestones in just one month.
