Gaithersburg, MD (September 21, 2017) — CCMI, a business unit of Simplify Compliance, is pleased to announce the acquisition of The HUB (formerly known as the TelecomHub), a networking and educational organization for telecom/technology professionals. This is the third merger for CCMI since fall of 2016, and the second as part of Simplify Compliance’s portfolio after Leeds Equity Partners completed an equity investment of CCMI last December.
“Adding The HUB to CCMI’s strong network of products and already-existing resources will create a powerful reference center for those in the telecom and technology industries. The CCMI HUB’s new home will be a launching pad to a more robust platform and will be a great addition to CCMI’s lineup,” said Michael Yokay, CCMI president.
CCMI plans to expand The HUB’s networking event model to a digital center for all telecom and technology resources, such as forums, blogs, webinars, industry papers, telecom tools, job board, e-Learning, podcasts, special reports, and continued industry events.
Under CCMI’s guidance, the new CCMI HUB is poised to become an expansive community for education, resources, and insider knowledge in the telecom/technology industry.
