Dallas – Lincoln Rackhouse, data center division of Lincoln Property Company has purchased an 88,000 square foot data center located in the Central Perimeter sub-market of Atlanta, Georgia. The facility has been institutionally owned, maintained and occupied by a corporate enterprise user, who has agreed to a partial leaseback post-close, making it desirable for future data center users and operators seeking data center capacity in this growing market. Lincoln will offer the facility for lease immediately. The data center sits on a heavily secured 12.5 acre parcel of land and is strategically located at the convergence of I-285 and GA 400, and offers 5MW of power with significant metro and long-haul fiber networks located on-site and nearby.
