Nomination enlists ADTRAN’s guidance on the future of broadband services
HUNTSVILLE, Ala.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Mar. 6, 2017– ADTRAN®, Inc., (NASDAQ:ADTN, news, filings), a leading provider of next-generation open networking solutions, today announced that the Broadband Forum has named Kevin Schneider, chief scientist forADTRAN, as an inaugural member to its new Executive Advisory Council. This group will play a key role in determining a new vision for broadband services and guiding the Broadband Forum’s 20/20 initiative that aims to help service providers combine NFV, SDN, ultra-fast access and Machine-to-Machine (M2M) capabilities into revenue generating services.
