Espoo, Finland – Nokia today announced that Chief Quality Officer Deepti Arora was elected Chair of QuEST Forum’s 2017 Executive Board by the association’s membership. Her leadership of a global organization comprised of more than 200 ICT service providers and suppliers comes at a critical time as the industry pivots towards the opportunities of 5G and the Internet of Things.
Nokia is a long-standing member of QuEST Forum, a global organization dedicated to the implementation of a common set of quality standards, best practices and measurement systems supporting current and future technologies. Through QuEST Forum, Nokia has embraced the TL 9000 quality standard, championed a range of strategic quality initiatives and provided thought leadership at all of the Forum’s levels: board, regional, work group, and sub-team.
