Plano, Texas – February 15, 2017GENBAND, a leading provider of real time communications software solutions, today announced that Crown Point Telephone Company has deployed its industry-leading Network Transformation solution, which includes the C15 Call Controller, to transform its legacy telecommunications networks to state-of-the-art technology. The GENBAND solution provides IP-based technology that delivers the latest in communications capabilities such as HD Voice, voicemail-to-email transcription and video calling. In addition to achieving 50 percent in power savings GENBAND’s Network Transformation solution allows Crown Point to replace costly legacy communications switching gear that was more than 25 years old with compact, software-based technology.
