MEDIA COMPANY SELECTS ZAYO FOR U.S. NETWORK

Zayo to provide Ethernet and IP services

BOULDER, Colo. – August 8, 2016 – Zayo Group Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ZAYO) has been selected by a media company for a managed Ethernet and IP solution that will connect up to 50 sites across the U.S. The network, which includes E-LAN and DIA connectivity, significantly increases capacity while reducing complexity for the customer. The solution leverages network in cities where Zayo has recently announced major network expansions.

Zayo will provision and manage the network, which includes existing Zayo network, on-net connectivity and management of external network segments. The solution will consolidate these disparate network elements into a unified, high-performance network. Zayo will provide single source management, offering customers responsiveness, convenience and the ability to scale quickly and easily.

More industries are turning to a single infrastructure provider to connect offices, facilities and branches via a consolidated network. Zayo is providing these type of solutions to content and media companies with multiple locations, healthcare providers with satellite facilities and banks with numerous branches.
