McGee will be responsible for operations, market growth and community engagement for a major Frontier territory that serves more than 400,000 households and businesses from north of Santa Maria through Santa Barbara, coastal Ventura County, to the beach cities of northwestern Los Angeles County and the foothills of the San Fernando Valley. She will be based in Camarillo, Calif. and report to Michelle Wolloff, senior vice president and general manager for Frontier’s Southern California Westside territory.

Prior to joining Frontier, McGee served as area manager of customer operations for Verizon Communications, leading teams in establishing infrastructure installations, service and maintenance. Additionally, she was responsible for leading planning, budgets and community volunteer engagement.
Previously, as manager of network operations for the premier FiOS network, McGee led a team of more than 90 in delivering broadband video and voice services to business and residential customers. As FSC resource manager, McGee developed data analysis processes, led sales project management and oversaw labor partnerships as she led a team responsible for overseeing call center management. McGee holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from the University of Laverne. She resides in Oxnard, Calif.
