How It Works

  1. Visit, call 1-(800)-SPRINT1 or go to the nearest Sprint store to sign up for Amazon Prime on your Sprint account.
  2. After adding Amazon Prime to a Sprint account, the customer will receive a text message with an activation link to complete registration.
  3. Once registration is complete, the customer can immediately begin to enjoy all the benefits of Amazon Prime.
  4. Customers can also access preloaded or downloaded Amazon apps for easy access to Prime content on compatible smartphones.

Better Coverage, Reliability and Speed
When customers sign up for this monthly option, they will be accessing Amazon Prime using Sprint’s vastly improved network. Sprint’s analysis of drive test data from Nielsen – covering the top 106 metropolitan markets in the U.S. – shows that Sprint’s reliability now beats T-Mobile’s and performs within 1% of AT&T and Verizon.3 This is a dramatic improvement over the last two years and gives Sprint customers a significantly better experience than before when connecting and using their favorite mobile devices.

In addition to improved reliability, Sprint continues to expand its network coverage and speed. Sprint’s super-fast LTE Plus Network is now available in 204 markets, including newly added markets such as San Juan, Puerto Rico; Honolulu, New York City, Boston, and Philadelphia. In addition, total Sprint LTE coverage now reaches nearly 300 million people, with approximately 70% covered by Sprint’s 2.5 GHz spectrum.
