AT&T climbed 3 spots to number 4 on the DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity List. Additionally, AT&T ranked in the top 10 on 6 specialty lists for diversity.
Walking the halls of any AT&T building, you’ll notice something. The people are diverse. That’s why we’ve climbed 3 spots to No. 4 on the DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity List. We also held on to the top spot on the supplier diversity specialty list and climbed to the No. 1 spot on both the Employee Resource Groups and Recruiting specialty lists.

DiversityInc measures companies based on four key areas of performance: talent pipeline, equitable talent development, CEO/leadership commitment and supplier diversity. The industry-leading publication revealed the rankings at a dinner in New York City on April 19. More than 1,600 public and privately held companies competed.
