INetU Acquisition – ViaWest’s Expanded Footprint & Solutions Portfolio In December 2015, ViaWest closed on its acquisition of INetU, a customer-centric managed hosting provider of public, private, and hybrid cloud environments, with deep managed security and compliance services. This transaction expanded ViaWest’s geographic footprint with East Coast and European cloud locations and enables our partners to offer new cloud services including managed AWS services. Through the acquisition we welcomed Jeanine Sicinski to our team as Channel Manager for the East Coast.
