Merger to result in enhanced unified communications product lineup
SANTA BARBARA, Cali. & DENVER, Nov 05, 2015 (BUSINESS WIRE) — TNCI Operating Company, LLC, a national voice, data and cloud services provider, and Impact Telecom, a leading provider of voice and messaging services to businesses, consumers and carriers, are pleased to announce a definitive agreement to merge companies. The newly formed organization, under the brand Impact Telecom, will provide innovative cloud and voice telecommunications solutions to businesses and consumers in the United States and Canada and wholesale carrier customers around the world.

Thomas will become Chairman of the Board of Directors of the new company and Beaty will continue as CEO. The transaction is expected to close in January 2016 and is subject to approvals from the FCC and applicable state regulatory authorities.
